I had loved my old VHS version that we brought home after our second visit to Kauai in 1995. But with VHS players no longer being made since 2012, it was time to upgrade to this brand new DVD version. My goodness, it is so much sharper with the images. It feels like that I am actually in the helicopter, but my screen is now only one foot away from me on my desk top computer with great big speakers on each side of me.The only drawbacks are the few scenes to try and encourage tourism. I have been to this beautiful island three times and have not once seen any hula hula girls or outrigger canoes. This video may inspire me to return, but that is probably an unrealistic goal at my age.
