Was airing my tires and the hose popped in the black hose close to the compressor.These guys responded to review almost the next day. They had a two year warranty on the hose and they shipped another hose within a week or less.I will most definitely do business with them again.When you get it you might think it's not that great a hose but I promise you it hangs in there very well and you can take a lot of abusegot this as a spare air line for semi truck. Did not expect to need it right away but within 3 days had to use it. Worked exactly as hoped! No leaks, easy to use and ready to hit the road within a few minutesNice light weight, high quality hose that is very flexible.Use a portable pancake air compressor for inflating our ebike tires. Also used for blowing out my chainsaws when cleaning.Hose is just the right length and has held up very well...As in other air hoses, when putting it away or rolling it up, it does kink until you flip it to straighten it out...then it rolls up like a garden hose.Great air hose for the price. The brass ends are excellent.Wors fine but smells like skunkworked as advertised
