First unit did not work or cool the car. Had to call their tech to get a replacement. He proceeded to tell me I didn’t put enough oil in the compressor (not true!) so I asked him how much goes in and he couldn’t tell me!!?? (I’m a retired tech and knowledgeable.) I had to give them $100 deposit to get a replacement…not an easy chore to evacuate and take the evaporator apart again for expansion valve… the replacement valve was a better quality Nippondenso, and replaced the compressor again, recharged at my expense again. The replacement compressor and expansion valve then worked.
