Description
Beduan Air cylinder manifold is the starting points for air cylinder systems.Can be mounted in line or at a take-off point easily with 1/2 inch NPT female thread Input Port and 1/4 inch NPT female thread output port design. Single row manifold Type and corrosion resistance material. It takes one line of air from a pump, air cylinder, compressor, vacuum engine, or other such system and Splits it into many of them. All ports are in the same size, so that you can use it as a 1 in 6 out, 2 in 5 out, 3 in 4 out and so on to meet your own requirement. Caution!! This quick fittings are only used for industrial automatic apparatus and can not be applied on any medicinal equipment.

Well I sure wondered what "optimized" meant, and now I know...Older reviews complain about the 1/2" fittings being under-machined -- not deep enough -- making it impossible to screw in a male fitting more than a turn or two. I had the exact opposite problem -- my fittings bottomed out before the threads were tightly engaged, and leaked badly. Even loads of teflon tape or pipe dope wasn't enough to seal it.So "optimized" means "tapped it much deeper" but in this case it was far too deep. Seems like more recent reviewers have noted the over-loose situation.Trimming the male fitting a little shorter improved things (got a whole extra turn) but not enough to make it leak-free since the top of the fitting now bottoms out. Cleaning out the dope and tape and using JB-Weld on a trimmed-down male fitting seems to have finally worked and the joints are leak-free.
