Following up their last album "When You're Through Thinking, Say Yes," Southern Air takes a different route in style. While still keeping the heavier punk sound, Yellowcard branched out to explore more indie guitar riffs and complicated violin lines. The album's production is spectacular. This album displays a warm, at-home sound with extremely good clarity. The lyrics to each song have a deep meaning and this is shown in songs like "Telescope" and "Rivertown Blues." Yellowcard has come a long way since their Ocean Avenue days, and they truly have matured into a talented and succesful band. I get chills listening to this album. Such a quality piece of art. It is worth your money and I guarentee you will not be disapointed.
